Position Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving prospecting and cultivating leads into qualified opportunities. Taking leads through the early stages of the pipeline will enable you to determine if they are a fit. You will be positioned for growth within the department and have access to all the tools needed for success.

Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce and SalesLoft to document activity and manage prospecting. 
  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media.
  • Strategize with team to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline.
  • Outbound phone calls each day.
  • Outbound emails each day. 
  • Discovery (qualification) calls each day.
  • Preparing demos for qualified prospects before connecting them with a Business Development Rep ( BDR) 
  • Supporting Workbrights marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns. 
  • Achieving, and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (activity, appointments, qualified leads, etc.).
  • Responding to inbound customer interest and developing leads to create opportunities.
  • Being prepared for and contributing to strategic weekly pipeline status meetings.
