The Role:

We are looking for an energetic individual to engage new leads, cultivate inbound leads, and close small to medium-sized deals. This position requires a strong desire and ability to drive new relationships and utilize networking and prospecting skills to navigate through companies as well as an assigned territory.  Success in this role requires a hunter-mentality, as significant time will be spent on the phone and via email cultivating prospects, following up on leads generated from marketing programs, as well as independent prospecting and other outbound lead generation strategies.  The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions and a working knowledge of employee on-boarding or HRIS solutions.

What we hope to see in your background:

  • Ideally 1-4 years experience in a sales-related role with assigned quota.  Preferably SaaS company with a B2B product
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, performing among the top 10%
  • Effective management of the entire sales cycle
    • Prospecting and successful phone sales
    • Qualifying prospects
    • Pipeline Creation and Development
    • Tailoring sales approach to specific scenarios
    • Closing success ability to overcome obstacles and objections
  • Organized with ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passionate about sales, software, and technology
  • High energy with a 'make-it-happen' attitude 
  • Motivated & results driven - own a quota and exceed it
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
